Top Conspiracy Theories in the history of the World
Through the course of time there have been secretive talks that some major events that contributed to the history of the human race might be fabricated. The First landing of Man on the Moon might be Fake
Conspiracy theorists suggest that Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin never landed on the moon. Moon landing conspiracy theories claim that some or all elements of the Apollo program and the associated Moon landings were hoaxes staged by NASA, possibly with the aid of other organizations. The most notable claim is that the six manned landings (1969?72) were faked and that 12 Apollo astronauts did not actually walk on the Moon.
Opinion polls taken in various locations have shown that between 6% and 20% of Americans, 25% of Britons, and 28% of Russians surveyed believe that the manned landings were faked. Even as late as 2001, the Fox television network documentary Conspiracy Theory: Did We Land on the Moon? Claimed NASA faked the first landing in 1969 to win the Space Race.
The New World Order (NWO) Conspiracy theory
The New World Order (NWO) is a notoriously vague conspiracy theory which claims that some powerful group is either secretly running the world, or on the verge of gaining such control (implying that if and when they do, the end is upon us).As one of the world's biggest conspiracy theories, the Illuminati is alleged to be a secretive global elite which runs world governments from behind the scenes and is planning to introduce a New World Order (NWO) to control the globe through one sinister organization. But, now the legendary secret society has prompted fears the NWO may soon be upon us after it allegedly set up a public website which even encourages people to try to join up.
Shakespeare might not be the author of his books
The Shakespeare authorship question is the argument that someone other than William Shakespeare wrote the works attributed to him. Anti-Stratfordians?a collective term for adherents of the various alternative-authorship theories?believe that Shakespeare of Stratford was a front to shield the identity of the real author or authors, who for some reason did not want or could not accept public credit. Shakespeare's authorship was first questioned in the middle of the 19th century.
Shakespeare's biography, particularly his humble origins and obscure life, seemed incompatible with his poetic eminence and his reputation for genius, arousing suspicion that Shakespeare might not have written the works attributed to him. The controversy has since spawned a vast body of literature, and more than 80 authorship candidates have been proposed, the most popular being Sir Francis Bacon; Edward de Vere, ; Christopher Marlowe; and William Stanley.
Hitler?s suicide might have been staged by lookalikes
We all are made to believe that Hitler committed suicide after Germany?s loss in 1945, even his wife Eva Burn committed suicide with him by taking cyanide. In 2009, American researchers performed DNA testing on a skull fragment that Soviet officials had long believed to be Hitler's. The DNA test and examination indicated that it belonged to a woman less than 40 years old. For political reasons, the Soviet Union presented various versions of Hitler's fate.
In the years immediately after the war, the Soviets maintained that Hitler was not dead, but had fled and was being shielded by the former Western Allies.
